Fall and Spring Semester Programs

UAL offers a 14-week Study Abroad Program for international students in both the fall and spring semesters that is hosted by the London College of Fashion. This track includes mandatory courses for all students. Students can then choose a handful of electives from Fashion Business, Fashion Product Design or Fashion Media and Communications.

The Integrated Study Abroad Program is designed to allow students to experience UK student life on UAL BA and BSc programs. Students can study at any of UAL’s undergraduate degree programs at Camberwell College of Arts, Central Saint Martins, Chelsea College of Arts, London College of Communication and Wimbledon College of Arts. Students will have the same coursework and schedule as a home student and should anticipate independent-style learning and a collaborative environment. Usually applicants will be either majoring/minoring in their chosen subject or have a developed portfolio in the subject area. Students who opt for spring semester on this program will need to stay until late June and miss summer term at ArtCenter.

Short Term Program

For an additional fee, Integrated Studies Program students might also consider adding an Optional Module before the program or during the Easter break. These three week courses are an excellent way to learn about the Creative Industries or European Art History. However, students do not need to attend a semester program in order to sign up for one of these short courses. They are open to any participant.

Summer Programs

Study abroad on a Summer School Program for 3 to 8 weeks and enjoy summer in London at UAL. Classes are offered in the arts, design, fashion, theater, communication and media.
